The scorching, harsh, cruel and hot sun in summers causes dehydration.

Hey! We are here to say good-bye to dehydration and scorching summer heat. We are no more afraid now. As the general saying about goodbye assures us:

Now, you can have a “Happy Summer” defeating its most pinching problem and most common illness dehydration.

The arrival of summer in the most parts of the world gives an open invitation to the super warm and ruling summer king, the Sun to burn and dehydrate all the living beings even sand and land under its huge umbrella of scorching heat.

The Dehydrated Land

After developing a good sense of dehydration we can say goodbye to dehydration and scorching heat. So, no more worries! be happy!

Dehydration is an outcome of the deficiency of the normal level of water and fluids within our body. consequently, body remains unable to perform all of its functions properly.

Though, signs and symptoms vary person to person suffering with dehydration, yet Its pretty obvious to have a good sense about the common signs and symptoms of dehydration helps us fight against it successfully.

Some early signs of dehydration:

. Pale- yellow urine

· Pinching irritating feeling first on face and neck

· Then the same feeling on the whole body later on.

Some common symptoms of dehydration

· Eyes don’t drop down tears

· Dry mouth, lips and eyes

· No sweating

· Cramped muscles

· Peeing a little four times a day or even lesser

· Vomiting and nausea

· Heart palpitations

· Weakness

· Dizziness especially while standing

Severe headache caused by dehydration

Stages of Dehydration:

Medical physicians normally classify dehydration into three stages.

· Mild

· Moderate

· Severe

Treatment

The first two stages are usually treated by oral intake of fluids containing electrolytes (saults).

Whereas severe hydration is put back in balance by IV fluids — usually a saline solution, made of water, sodium and other electrolytes. For body can absorb them more quickly than by drinking fluids orally.

Precautions:

Moderate and mild types of dehydration are reserved back to balance at home yet not the severe type.

If severe dehydration reaches above 103-degree indicator the patient must be taken to the nearest emergency room.

Yellow delicious sweet juicy melons also contain plenty of water to fight against dehydration.

Kiwi Fruit

More than 90% of kiwifruit is water.

Cucumbers

cucumbers contain 96% of water.

Celery

Its water content is 95%.

Some smart quick hydration tricks

  • Water — the basic, best and cheapest way.
  • Before taking tea or coffee take two or three or at least one glass of water in the morning.
  • One or two glasses of water before 10 to 15 minutes of every meal.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables.
  • Use mint-based products to make yourself feel cooler.
  • Eat mint in salads and use it in drinks as well.
  • Use cotton clothes.
  • Go for light colors while making a selection for clothes E.G., sky-blue, white, ivory etc.

Green, lime and jade green all are a good selection. All of these and other light colors reflect the radiation of the sun.
